Conceal Network Monthly Update, March 2022

Hello and welcome back to our monthly update! The month of March was pretty quiet and steady-going for us, as we all have been catching up on previous tasks, re-organizing some of the DAO structure to be more streamlined, and laying down the groundwork for more substantial development to come.

Marketing and Business Development

A lot of really nice improvements have popped up over the month in the marketing and business development divisions, from getting a new Team Member onboard to some very interesting proposals that we hope will bear some very sweet fruit. More networking, more promotional deals, and more partnerships!

Here are some of the significant events that happened recently in Marketing and Business Development:

• A new Team Member has joined the Marketing Division in the form of CrypTader!
• Research into various Social Media Management software to increase the consistency, engagement and effectiveness of our social presence.
• Researching new and interesting Partnership possibilities!
• New YouTube videos from some influential people in the Crypto space are in the works.
• We have made a new partnership with the Handshake Protocol, a fellow BPSAA member! More details on this will come at a later date.

Research and Development

With the release of our new roadmap, the cat is now out of the bag. The R&D division has their hands, plates, and the rest of the kitchenware completely full for a long time to come. Everything being done now is a slow march to realizing the goals set out in the roadmap. And with such ambitious goals, the Dev team is utilizing every bit of their knowledge and skill, and will leverage expert talent such as FireiceUK and Aiwe to help us in areas where they are more experienced. As we progress on this journey, we will continue to update you all with significant milestones until the targets are eventually met.

Here are a few of the major updates that have been done over the last month by our Developers:

• More improvements to the Conceal Core, updated dependencies.
• Fixed an issue that caused recurring crashes of the Conceal Daemon.
• Made improvements to the Conceal Desktop software.
• Major Roadmap update for future Development.
• Work continues on Client-Side Web Wallet; main wallet functionality is complete.
• Work continues on the implementation of wCCX on Ergo and work has started for implementing wCCX on Avalanche.
• Research begins on adding Coloured Coin functionality to the Conceal blockchain.

Conceal Community

As the overall network continues to grow, so too does our community! With new faces jumping into our Discord and Telegram daily, interest seems to be picking up. We hope to carry this forward by introducing new activities and engaging our community with some new ideas and concepts!

Here are some of the new things that have been going on in our Community:

• New Twitter accounts were created by our Ambassadors to translate official tweets into their native languages.
• Over 6,200 nodes are currently online all around the world. A testament to how the Conceal Network is truly decentralized and that new Concealers continue to aid in securing our network!
